Ms. Chandani is an experienced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professional. She is a certified arbitrator and trained mediator with specialisation in the fields of commercial arbitration and mediation. She has worked with diverse institutes in the field of ADR in the region. Ms Chandani is a certified trainer of the International Arbitration and Conciliation Board of the Aga Khan Development Network. She regularly speaks on arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution, and institutional arbitration/mediation. She has multiple papers to her credit, which she has presented at national conference and on other legal platforms.

Her interest in ADR dates back to her career as a Central Banker, where she cut her teeth in the field of ADR while working in the office of the Banking Ombudsman of the Reserve Bank of India. Her pursuit of the ADR mechanism as an effective, speedy, and inexpensive legal route emanated from the considerable body of work she did while handling disputes and their resolution, both simple and complex, from a range of institutional and individual bank customers. Driven by her faith in the transformative potential of ADR and its effectiveness in delivering speedier justice to the common people, she chose to pursue her passion in this ever-evolving field of ADR. She honed her ADR skills, both in domestic and international fields, by attending several high-end training programmes, both domestic and international, including the prestigious 'International Commercial Arbitration' course at the Columbia Law School in New York.
